I needed to get my test done that day in order to start at my new job, and because of the 24 hour rule that wasn’t possible. I called back the following morning and they confirmed on their end that I did have technical issues and said they could reschedule me at no cost- but the soonest they could reschedule me for was 24+ hours out. I asked them if I could just schedule the test for the following day and if they hadn’t confirmed on their end that i did have technical issues yet, they could cancel the test, and they said no, they needed the confirmation first. After trying repeatedly I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything for me but they would escalate the issue. I have previously taken this same test from my home and my internet was fine. I had internet issues and kept trying to log on over and over again. I had a test scheduled at 630 and logged on at 615. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would.
